Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 June 2026
These terms govern use of Tyme booking pages, business tools, payment orchestration, customer self-service, notifications, subscriptions, and support workflows.
Deposits
Customers pay the displayed deposit before a slot is confirmed. The booking page shows the service price, deposit, payment method, and cancellation policy before checkout.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds follow the business cancellation policy shown at booking time and may depend on provider settlement, payment method, disputes, and reconciliation status.
Business responsibility
Businesses must keep services, prices, staff, availability, meeting links, cancellation rules, payout details, and customer communications accurate.
Platform operations
Tyme provides booking workflows, payment orchestration, ledger tracking, notifications, receipts, invoices, reviews, subscriptions, and customer support references.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing terms. If payment fails, access may enter a grace period before plan limits are reduced or the account is moved to the free tier.
Acceptable use
Accounts may be limited, suspended, or closed for fraud, abuse, illegal services, payment misuse, security risk, or violation of provider and regulatory requirements.
Support
When contacting support, share the booking, payment, receipt, or subscription support reference. Do not share OTPs, card details, or mobile money PINs.
Using Tyme
Businesses are responsible for the services they publish.
Business account accuracy
Businesses must keep their profile, service descriptions, prices, cancellation policy, staff availability, payout details, meeting links, and customer instructions accurate and up to date.
Customer bookings
Customers should review the service, date, time, deposit, cancellation policy, and business details before confirming. A booking is only confirmed after the required checkout step succeeds.
Payments and payouts
Payment and payout timing can depend on the payment provider, settlement status, reconciliation checks, refund rules, disputes, and business payout settings.
Receipts and invoices
Tyme may generate booking and subscription receipts or invoices from the information available in the account, booking, payment, and business profile records.
Support and safety
Use support references, not sensitive payment secrets.
For booking, payment, refund, payout, subscription, or account support, share the relevant Tyme support reference and the business or customer contact details. Never share OTPs, card details, mobile money PINs, or account passwords with Tyme support or a business.
