How Tyme handles data

Data is used to operate the booking and payment service.

Booking operations

We use booking, service, staff, location, attendee, and availability data to reserve slots, prevent double-booking, send reminders, and show booking history.

Notifications

We send operational messages by email, SMS, push, or in-app notification for OTPs, booking confirmations, waitlist offers, receipts, refunds, payouts, and subscription billing.

Security and audit

We keep account, device, request, and audit records to protect users, investigate suspicious activity, enforce permissions, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

Tyme may use payment, email, SMS, push notification, hosting, analytics, storage, map, and video-meeting providers to deliver the service. Providers only receive the data needed for their role.

Your choices

Access, export, correction, and deletion.

Customers can use booking links and support references to ask about a booking or payment. Business owners can update business data in settings, export business records, and request account deletion. Deletion may be delayed or limited where records are needed for payment settlement, refunds, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
